Thomas L. Petsche, Jr. is Vice President of Brokerage Solutions in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  He joined Brokerage Solutions in 2014 and has over 20 years of experience within the industry.  For the past 15 years he has done Employee Benefit consulting, specializing in disability income for both individuals and groups.
